"The prices were already making me do…"
The prices were already making me do a double take, and then the discounts barely helped at all. I thought I was about to score some kind of deal, but nope, my total still looked ridiculous. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it felt like my wallet got personally attacked

"Super Easy Pickup, Tiny Billing Drama"
Ordered groceries on Spencer's and picked them up from the store the same evening. i was ready for some grand treasure hunt to find my order, but the staff found my bag so quickly I was almost shocked. The only thing was the billing counter took a little time, which felt like forever in the moment, but it really wasn’t a big deal. Overall, smooth experience and I’ll definitely use it again.

"Didn't really feel worth it"
I tried ordering from spencers.in thinking I might save a bit, but it didn’t really work out that way for me. Maybe it depends on what you’re buying or where you live, I’m not sure, but the prices felt a little higher than what I usually see in local shops. The discounts also didn’t help much, and once delivery charges were added, it felt even less worth it. For my regular grocery stuff, I don’t think I’d use it again just to save money

"Return Process Was Really Frustrating"
The replacement ended up taking way longer than I expected and every time I reached out to support I felt like I was getting the same copy-paste reply with no real update, so by the end I was just frustrated with the whole return process and not happy with how it was handled

"I ordered from spencers thinking it would come…"
I ordered from Spencer's thinking it would come the same day, since that was the main reason I picked it. But the delivery only showed up the next evening, which was annoying because I was actually waiting for a few kitchen basics and some snacks. There wasn’t any proper update either, so I kept checking my phone like every few hours. The items were fine when they arrived, nothing damaged or missing, but the delay really spoiled the experience. They definitely need to work on delivery speed and better updates.

"Good experience overall"
Well... I ordered from spencers last week and the experience was smooth overall. Their communication was decent, I got SMS and email updates after placing the order, and again when it was out for delivery. The delivery timing changed a bit, but they informed me in advance, so it wasn’t really a problem. Good experience overall, though I do wish the app updates were a little quicker

"Rude delivery experience"
I’ve ordered from other places before where the delivery person came upstairs without any issue, so this experience felt really disappointing. The delivery guy called me several times and still refused to come up. He spoke rudely and told me to come downstairs instead. Overall, it was a bad experience.

"Fresh stuff, overall good"
So... I ordered some fruits and milk from spencers.in and the delivery was good. Everything came fresh and the packing was decent too. One tomato was a little soft, but the overall experience was nice. I’d give it 4 stars

I was disappointed when my order arrived. The package was crushed and even wet, and the items inside were just loose, with a few packets torn open. I expected better from Spencers, so it felt a bit misleading compared to the kind of quality I thought I was paying for. The packing really needs serious improvement

"I was kind of disappointed when…"
I was kind of disappointed when my package showed up because a few of the products weren’t actually what I ordered. I opened it at the kitchen table right after making coffee, and I could tell quickly something was off. Not the biggest disaster, but definitely annoying since I was expecting specific items

"I took a subscription on spencers…"
I took a subscription on spencers thinking it would make grocery shopping easier and save some time, but it ended up being more stressful. Almost every order had something missing, and the delivery slot kept changing without any proper update. Customer care would just say sorry, but nothing actually got fixed. Even refunds took way too long. If they’re taking subscription money, they need to be more accountable for the service they’re promising. I’m definitely not using it again.

The promo failed again, and it’s getting really annoying. I’ve tried to use these deals more than once now and they just don’t work. If this keeps happening, I’m probably going to stop ordering and go somewhere else

"Bad payment experience on Spencers"

"App freezes constantly"
The app is really slow and keeps freezing on me, especially when I’m trying to add items. It’s crashed a few times in the middle of it, which is super frustrating. I’d reach out to customer service, but I don’t really trust that they’ll do much besides give a generic response

"Rewards that actually feel worth using"
I mostly use spencers.in for groceries, the loyalty points aren’t just there for show. After a few orders, I started getting decent discounts, which always feels nice when you’re buying the usual monthly stuff. The app and site usually show the points clearly, and using them at checkout is simple. I also like the small member offers on everyday items — those little savings add up before you know it. The only thing is, delivery slots can be a bit limited at times, and once my points took a while to update. Nothing major, but there’s room to make it smoother. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.
